Who am I?
Michael Paladino
I began my journey as a mechanical technician in 2008, and since then, have proudly served customers throughout the north country with a wide variety of services. Since 2015 I have worked as a Journeyman Mechanical Equipment Service Technician with UA Local 81 (formerly 73). I have spent that time working as a senior technician with a prominent local commercial HVAC contractor. I found success in this work and took pride in the company, but I couldn't help feeling that something was missing. I've spent the past 10 years working on amazing projects throughout the North Country, while my own community has been under served, due to a lack of mechanical tradesmen. As a community-oriented person, I couldn't help but feel that my time and effort might be better spent offering my services to the people who have so warmly welcomed me into their community and given me a place I'm proud to call my home.

I am an active member of our Thousand Islands community. I currently serve as a member of the Cape Vincent Volunteer Fire Department, the Cape Vincent Ambulance Squad (serving the towns of Lyme and Cape Vincent), and volunteer with various committee's and youth sports teams in the community. I take great pride in lending a hand to the residents of the Thousand Islands.
